Description: This technique involves the user concentrating Lightning chakra into their fingertips, as much as they can withstand as the tingling sensation can become quite painful due to the sensitivity of the tips of the fingers. Once the user has reached their limit, either they feel they are about to lose control of the chakra or they cannot withstand the pain in their fingers, they snap their fingers and flick their hand towards the target they wish to hit with the attack, after which a small jolt of electricity flies towards the target, exploding moderately upon impact. The target is usually left with the same painful sensation the user had, but all over their body.
